Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment and completing the pickup agreement in a timely manner. Equipment left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees or disposal, where permitted by law.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change without notice.

Assumption of Risk

Snowboarding and skiing involve inherent risks. While care is taken in performing services, Board Wizard is not responsible for damage caused by normal use, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer defects.
