Shipping Policy

Disclaimer

All shipping to and from Board Wizard is the customer’s responsibility, with typical costs ranging from $25–$50 each way for a snowboard within the country. Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays. Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance and track their shipments directly with the carrier. Proper packaging is required to protect your snowboard or skis during transit. All incoming packages must be shipped to a local mail carrier location using a package holding service. DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGE WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION WITH BOARD WIZARD. Shipments must be communicated and authorized with Board Wizard prior to shipping any item. Failure to communicate a shipment may result in the loss of ownership of your shipped item(s).
