Refund Policy

All sales with Board Wizard are final. There are refunds for any reason, including but not limited to completed services, unused services, dissatisfaction, delays, or changes of mind.

Snowboard and ski tuning and repair services involve labor, materials, and time that cannot be reversed once work has begun or completed. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

If you have questions or concerns about the quality of the work, please contact Board Wizard as soon as possible. While refunds are not provided, service-related issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
