NOT FIXABLE
This section should be self explanitory, but apparently it's not. So here it goes: Your board is dead.
If the core is snapped or cracked, it’s not “fixable,” it’s over. There’s no magical repair, no secret laminate trick, no amount of epoxy that turns a broken core back into a snowboard. Yes, someone somewhere will tell you they can patch in some fiberglass and make it “rideable.” Cool. It will break again. Probably faster. Possibly at speed.
Save your money, save your collarbones, and save us the conversation. Hang it on the wall, make a bench, or respectfully send it to the trash. It’s burnt toast.

COOKED.

SMOKED.

TOAST.
Need some ideas on what to do with your broken board?
Here you go: Make a custom pow sled, or some snow slide pucks, or a bench!
Okaayyyyyyy.... So I know I said you can't magically repair a snapped board. And you can't. But, you kinda-sorta can. Here was a fun project I did for a buddy of mine. He broke his only board and was waiting for a warranty to come through, so we Frankenstein'd this one for him. And yes, we put a beer can in it. It actually held up for a few rides but inevitably broke again, like I mentioned it would. Should you do this? No. Will I do this for you? Absolutely not. Is it still pretty cool? For sure, yes.
